Weird episode. Anxiety? Help!

So I smoke marijuana maybe once or twice, every other weekend. And a couple of days ago I had a very strange episode. As I was under the influence, my hands, and my face began tingling. Also, my hands became stiff. I couldn't really move them. I could, but it took a lot of effort. That has never happened to me. I was wondering if that was anxiety related. Because I do have some issues with anxiety, and marijuana sometimes increases my anxiety. But it's all controllable. I'm a healthy person, I work out, I'm well educated and I plan on going to college this fall! :)

But let me know what you think. This experience really freaked me out while it was happening. Thanks for the help!

You're sure you didn't just get a better-than-average body high? And that you didn't just smoke too much and wig out?
