Hi there just new to this but really needed some1 to talk to. I have suffered anxiety for a few years now and have been able, up to now to keep it under control i have to young children u wud think wud be enough to keep my mind busy but recently its taken over i cnt take feelin like this anymore! I have a partner that cnt understand as he doesnt beleive in panic attacks!!!

Hi,you can message me any time.I can tell you what I am using at the moment,it really helped with the panic attacks .I use to have at least 2 a week but now I ve only had three in the last month.

Thanx for ur reply they hav eased of thank god!!! Doc gave me diazapan to help when it gets to much. Its so good to know others that suffer them my partner thinks iv lost the plot! Wot meds r u on?
