Hi all!
I'm 19 living on my own supporting myself.
I've recently started seeing my counselor again since I was 15. I've been uncovering some very tough stuff. Recently finding out I was emotionally abused as a child and my anxiety worsens everyday.

I've started noticing my shelf shaking constantly, but not a visible shake. It feels like my whole body is shaking and I can't see but no one else sees me shaking. I also have some weird crazy phobias and signs of ocd.
Id like just someone to talk to that's going through the samething that truely understands what I'm going through.

Feel free to email.

Thank you for reading!

Hi bri! Welcome to the forum. It sounds like you have been through a lot, and I hope that you will find a safe and friendly place here. I used to suffer from shakes - it was more like my whole body felt jittery, and this would accompany an increase in mental anxiety, so that I would be worrying about something, pacing around my room, while my whole body was quivering. It isn't very nice at all. I used to find things as basic as focusing on something other than whatever I was anxious about, and breathing deeply helped.
