Derealization!!

Its the only thing that triggers my anxiety?
any tips on how to prevent or stop it?

hey i kinda get the same thing but mine i heard is depersonalization, do you get it in stores? and while driving?

oh yes, but i get it when im inside too.

yea mine was real bad at home, then it started to go away a bit, they told me that it will leave the same way it came, i got mine from when i got viral brochitis

whats it sorta feel like when ur in stores and while driving maybe i can compare it to mine???

dream like, lightheaded feeling like im about to passout.

yea i get the dreamlike when im in stores with bright lights, and driving alot, im ok when im with people that drive for me, but i cant drive bymyself real far, cause im scared a panic might pop up

My anxiety started when i blew a stop sign and avoided a accident that easily could have been fatal. The next night i kept thinking "what if" and had my first panic attack. went downhill from there the derealization was the first symptom that i got. I DO NOT have any trouble driving at all tho, all though sometimes i get the brain fog.

wow yes i get the exact same thing... i get all hazy while driving and cant drive anymore further then 5 mins from home, and shopping well i have a panic attack on my way to the shops before i even get there, AND i work in a shopping centre :(
its ruining my life

hey no im not at the moment, my doc gave me valium but i try not take anything, ive just started meditating and im booked in to see a naturopath, mine is from losing loved ones.. and obviously being scared of dying....

Mines getting a better then it was before. I like working out it makes me feel a whole lot better

yea im not on meds either i was a bit, but very small dose and forum moderator , told me to just dont pay attetntion to it, even tho its a bit hard, and it will leave the way it came

ok what's the difference between derealization and depersonalization...mine has manifested into something that's extremely weird and hard to explain that has pretty much turned my life upside down at the moment lol
