My husband deployed to Afghanistan in January. We have been having a pretty hard time and fighting a lot. I have had anxiety for a few years now. I was on Zoloft in November of 10', but went off it because I was feeling a lot better. I thought I was doing great with my husband being gone for a year, but apparently I was wrong. The past few weeks I have been feeling out of it and detached from myself. I don't know how to explain it. It is like I am zoned out all day long and everything is unreal. Like I am in a dream always. It scares me and makes me think something is wrong. Am I the only one who has this, is it normal? Could it be the stress of my husband being gone? How can I stop it? :(
