whats up everyone new to this whole forum thing just a little background i just returned from afganistan after serving 17 years in the marines so i suffer ptsd and anxiety,i currently take clonzepam to treat this(1mgtid)but sometimes i take up too 10 mg is this bad any advice would help thanks

Hey dog; Welcome!!
I've had some of the same experiences; all anxiety levels may differ, I have tried to stay off of meds and had docs wean me off...depends how manageable it is

Welcome to the forum and thank you serving in the military!! Sorry to hear what you have been going through. Have you tried any counseling? This is working wonders for me and I never thought that it would. I to have been diagnosed with PTSD and anxiety because of things that have happened in my life. Try your hardest to get through this with out meds because they only mask the problem. Also know that there are many people on here that know what you have gone through and are going through and we are all willing to help each other. Hang in there it will get better.
