I decided to stop using forums a long time ago as I'm quite suseptible so was worried about hearing about everyone else's symptoms. But to be honest I could really do with some support. My bf used to be quite helpful and supportive but I think he's had enough of it now so even though I feel REALLY awful constantly and really need him he seems to do the opposite of help most of the time. I get that he's fed up of it but I just really wish he would still try seen as he loves me and cares about me, you'd think he'd care how much I'm suffering, so anyway I decided to join.
I'm Michelle, I'm 24. I live in England. I have chronic anxiety and agoraphobia and have done for 5 years. It got alot worse after I had my son 2 n a half yrs ago n just seems to have gotten worse n worse since then :'( I'm really struggling to be honest, I'm so scared and I really feel like I can not cope.
