need help with driving anxiety

hi, can anyone help me out, i have been getting better, but been gettin really bad driving anxiety, only when i drive by myself, as soon as my depersonlization kicks in i get a fast heart rate and wanna go right back to my house, when i experience one of these anxiety attacks when i drive, i mean i cant even go to the store which is only like a mile away!, anyone have any ideas? thanks

i would probably say ok, since im with you haha, if i went by myself ill try it but i start to get into a panic shortly

im 21, it has stopped me quite a bit, i cant go anywhere bymself i have to be with someone in order to go places, it starts out slow then gradually builds from it, then i have to call home, and go straight home, i focus on just gettin home when it is happening, i tried the deep breathes when it comes on but it kinda helps but not really. i used to be a really out going person before i got this.
