Halitosis , gastric sensation

even though I didnt always took care of my teeth as well as I could , for the past year I have good mouth hygiene , but right now I'm starting to worry about this , I can actually smell my breathe and it's smelling like rotten eggs or burning eggs , it's disgusting and I have some gastric disconfort , nothing too severe but not pleasant.I wouldnt describe it as a pain , more a discomfort.

should I go see a doctor specifacally for this?

could the halitosis be because of my cold and post nasal drip , but i had some bad breath for the past month or so could it be from cocaine abuse , should i see a doctor for my sinus?

this smell is truly disgusting , nobody really told me but I smell it

i smoked for 10 years , this odor/smell doesn't ressemble the ''smoker'' breathe at all , it's truly rotten , but I have a cold so of course it's worst than ever today

I did read where bad breath is a result of an issue in the stomach; nothing serious, but can be checked out by your doctor if it's that bad.
