hey all
recently i have been doing really well coping with my anxiety
but about an hour ago i got freaked out when my grandad came into my livingroom asking about tv's. as he was asking i had this horrible thought come into my head which was "why would you want one of them for, you will be dead soon" and i had this big hatred towards him
i no this sounds really horrible and yeah it has really freaked me out and scared me because i love my grandad and i would never think of anything like that about him
is this down to my anxiety or am i just goin insane?
