Has anyone suffered from new allergies or strange skin rashes since having anxiety? I am still trying to find out what is causing my rashes which come up on various parts of my body but am pretty sure its something im eating/drinking and not caused by an allergy to a chemical like in shampoos or creams etc. I use the same cosmetics and the rash still comes up occasionally. I think ive narrowed it down to caffeine, chocolate or maybe milk. I have cut them all out and will try them again when the rash has completely gone. I am sure that this is not hives but it could be some kind of dermatitis reaction from stress which i suffered from not long after my mum died. I just cant put my finger on it? Anyone else having stressful skin? x
