Acid reflux leads to anxiety

So, I had a few bowls of hot chili on Sunday, so I expected a little burning to the Esophaugus; but now that I have this feeling, it always takes me to my worst fear---Indigestion is a sign of a potential heart attack; how does one know the difference?

Thanks Kev; Its weird how the heart seems to be the target for many when it comes to anxiety; so many of us fear the heart attack.
