Hey Guys
Been lurking for a while now reading about other people experiences etc so thought id register and say hello! I am Karl. im from liverpool in england and im just 23 years old :)
Been suffering with anxiety as far back as i can remember but i have good and bad times
Currently going through a bad patch so helps ease my fears when i know i am not the the only one
Hope to stick arounf and enjoy the conversations!
