how and is there any one with driving issues? like they wont drive or will only drive certain times and roads? please let me know i have to over come this thing.........

Initially when i had my 1st panic attack & anxiety symptom i had got very scared of driving and would not leave my house even in a cab, due to fear of collapsing due to fainting or a heart attack, but as soon as i got the knowledge that all the thoughts, sensations & symptoms are completely meaningless & harmless, i gathered my confidence and started venturing out, know i drive long distances all alone even late in the night, sometimes thoughts & sensations do appear but i don't give it any importance & they go away.
