So I'm sitting here typing out this post in a Starbucks with some tea. I don't feel anxious at all but it feels like someone has kicked me in the top part of my stomach along with a pain near my left shoulder blade. My heart rate is also fast. Took it earlier at CVS and it was reading 117bpm. I'm just wondering even though I don't feel anxious or try not to worry about things will I still get the symptoms?
