Hi as you can see im new here,
Im 30 and have 4 children ages 9,3,2 and 1..I have had GAD since I was around 10 my childhood was not very nice..I had the "so called help" and I thought I was over the worst and very rarely had any problems with my anxiety..
Till sep 2009 when I had to have some tests done for stomach problems..It started off with pins and needles in hands and feet and numbness...shortness of breath,feeling like i am going to faint and legs turn to jelly...I feel my heart beating all the time and somtimes palpitations,headaches, joint pains...It seems to come in waves..I wont have it for a few months..then It will come back for a few months..
I worry constant...I had to get hubby to pick me up from a school run on thursday because I was scared that I would faint and the kids would be left on there own...
I have been to the docs and was giving meds for it but they made me feel worse...just sooo fed up of feeling like this....
