Hello All. New to this

Hello everyone. My names Brandon and I've just been recently diagnosed with anxiety. I've spent a couple days looking for a good forum to talk about and express my feelings about my anxiety and how I feel. I seen a doctor and she suggested calling a therapy line and going to therapy but I'm not much on speaking to people in person. It's not that I have social anxiety but just from what was going on in 2010 and on. I enjoy art, games, computers and cars. I hope I can help people here and hoping they can help me cope better with what comes along with anxiety.
