I have been struggling with anxiety and panic attacks for about 5 years. Until recently, I was afraid to say anything about it. I started having a heart problem called SVT. (oh great, another thing to worry about, lol) After numerous tests they said that there was no reason for it and asked if I had anxiety or panic attacks. Said my adrenaline hormone causes the increased heart rate. ( basically a HUGE panic attack that requires immediate medical attention) They want to put me on meds I'm afraid to take any medication. Hopefully this site will help me overcome this problem and get me back on the right track again
