hi i was wondering if a pinched nerve in neck causes anxiety symptoms and vison disturbances?

yea idk if thats my vison problem or not or being anxious, i found out that my eye doctor got my right eye lense wrong prescription and my pupil was off center to the lense a bit so maybe that might be it.
