i have depression ...my question is if it's normal to obsess about existential thoughts when u have depression? and how to overcome it? thnx

your depression will be getting worse if you keep obsessing about it, so stop worrying or thinking about it and try to get over it by keeping you busy in some activities like taking up any hobby or listening to music or chat with your friends..

A lot of times it helps to talk it out, whether it's with a therapist or just someone understanding. Yes it's normal but it's not healthy. Try and find something fun to do that will get your mind off of things
