This article doesn't really say much more than what has been said in many other places, but for those that haven't been exposed to the information, it presents it in a clear concise way.
Basically it talks about the sources of phobias and treating phobias using Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy, and a little bit about what those treatments entail.
