Hey, I'm new here on the forum. I suffered from anxiety for about a year and a half until I managed to beat it on my own.

I'm here mostly because I want to help other people overcome anxiety. I understand what kind of problems it can cause to your normal life and I know how much more I was able to do once I got rid of it.

Just to illustrate how severe of an anxiety I had: I wasn't able to breathe normally, I've developed IBS and certain reactions to food I never had before. I had to alter my whole life, drop out of collage and ruin my life before I managed to overcome anxiety on my own. I've tried medication, and all sorts of therapy but non of it seamed to work, it was just a waste of time and money.

6 or 7 months ago I finally managed to semi-control myself and drastically reduce the anxiety attacks that I was having on a daily basis. Up to this day I haven't had an attack.

Anyway, that's enough about me. I'm glad that I'm here with all of you and I hope you'll make me feel welcome as well.

the turning point was when i finally decided to take control of my life and stop this thing from controlling me. I started doing an extensive research and it helped me try all sorts of things to control anxiety attacks.

However, non of the things I've tried worked good enough in my experience. It was either very pricey or it took forever to cure me. Later I've tried some alternative medicine and I was cured in no time.
