Day1, Woke up this morning feeling very panicky i had bad dreams all night about all sorts of evil i wont bore you,
But i was also very excited to start my newly perscribed zoloft (50mg) a day, i took the pill first then, to try to rid myself of the fear i went for a nice mile long run this was around 11 am today its 6 38 now and all i can say is wow what a difference i havent even thought about reaching for my xanax, im not sure if its placebo effects or whatever but i feel very excited for what new frontiers this drug will do for me, Best of luck to anyone out there starting ssri's hope you get the same results as me
