okay i was fine well sorta before i played the kinect on 360....i was doing the hurdle race where you have to jump and dodge stuff and no for some reason i feel worse... like depersonalization...idk why??? it was weird.... i am a little calm now but it was really strange anyone feel this way after exercise or heart rate goes up? not including panic attacks and heart rate just regular..

its very common after physical activity and exercise! if you exercise regularly and it happens you need to make sure your getting enough calories and drinking enough, and if it happens and you dont exercise regularly, then you need to start exercising regularly! :D

Exercise essentially burns away the chemicals like cortisol and norepinephrine that cause stress. At the same time, vigorous exercise releases endorphins into the system. Endorphins are morphine-like hormones that are responsible for the feeling of elation, or well being that distance runners get from running. Other chemicals like dopamine and serotonin are also released in the brain during exercise. Together, these give a feeling of safety and security that contributes to off-setting some of the "internal" causes of stress, such as uncertainty, pessimism and negative self-talk.
