Cipralex - strange sensation

I'm not having the easiest time right now, started cipralex. Has anyone else experienced sharp stabbing pains (in the head) and almost like a tingly sensation of the scalp? This is my third night and I'm almost starting to have doubts about carrying on the med as I almost feel worse. I'm even more wound up then usual and very easily agitated.

Hi there. I was on cipralex 6 years ago and have have just started them again last week because I am havin anxiety problems again. I did not experience what you are wit the sharp pain but the doctor told me today it can take two to three weeks to start feeling the benefits of the tablets. It may just be coincidence that you are gettin the pain at roughly the same time as starting tablets. Might be best to mention it to your gp as everyone is different and might have different sideaffects. Can I ask what way you were feelin if It's not too intrusive. When I am in a crowd even only 2 or 3 strangers in a room my heart was pounding and I felt as if I was physically shaking and sweating. I knew noone was goin to harm me but I just felt so scared and wanted to get straight out of the room. Just wondering if anyone had similar feelings? I Wish you all the best in your recovery.
