Hi everyone. I am back from my trip. I was gone for quite a long time. I went to see my sister in California. I have to tell you all, I didn't get much anxiety when I was over there. I was very surprised and even though I had my meds with me, I really didn't need them. Before I left for my journey I emailed my sister and told her I had anxiety that leads to other things. She was somewhat supportive but what got me through was the dear Lord. Just wanted to say hello and you all have a goodnight. :)
