hey
just wanted to say that i have finally got an appointment to see a councellor next thursday ... i hope that she/he will help me but i know that at the end of the day i have to help myself but at least i now have the sense of security that i will be seeing someone who can help me
it is now the summer holidays for me and im nervous about going back in september not only because i will probably still be coping with agoraphobia but also because i will be going into Year 11 ... this means yet more stress, more coursework and then finally GCSES :x ... im not ready for that but everyone has to go through it i suppose
