side effects from new meds

hey i just switched meds tha other day to aropax and took half for a week now a full one today, but im gettin werid side effects, is it normal to be really norseus kinda sick feeling in the guts kinda a worrying butteflies feeling in the guts and hot flushes and dizzyiness kinda like your spaced out and everything seems to be going fast?? i had that feeling proberlly half the day, i cant remember if i had the same effects when i started my old meds, but i think i did anyways any help would be appreciated thanx

ok so i went back to the doctor after having a bad panic attack last night, and she thought i might of needed to try a different medication so she thought to try prozac, the aropax i was on for a week and the nausea and bad dizzyness worsened when i tried a had a full tablet yesturday, so wish me like with the prozac!
