Temple veins

I woke up this morning with these veins popping up on one side of my temple...it is making me anxious. I checked my blood pressure and it only 123/72. I wonder if my BP is spiking at night or what is the cause of this? It makes me wonder if there is something else wrong with me? Are the veins a symptom of anxiety?

Not sure, my veins do this sometimes. It could be caused by dehydration. I have noticed when I am in the shower and the water is really hot it makesthem show up more but they go away after a few minutes. I use to worry about it also but I have just accepted it and moved on.

My veins on my hands look enlarged sometimes after taking a shower, or maybe when it is very warm. I'm thinking this is completely normal.

its stress and blood flow. my fiance gets them when he has head aches. there completely normal. IB profen may help.. also try eating an orange for any inflamation in the body.
