meditation is the most effective method which helped me cure my anxiety except for the positive thoughts.this is something which could help ease you
from all the pain and suffering.it works best for people who

1) who cant figure out the right way to think,for those who arnt comfortable
with the way they think.

2)read this post about fear of schizophernia and negative thoughts which force you to think things which are similar to the disease.well this will work great in your case.

It has always been a big question for spiritual seekers: How to control the mind? It is not so easy to do this. Then what can be done? How can we find peace?

Yes, there's a Sufi way. The Sufi way is not to control the mind but to silence its constant chatter and find peace through stillness. Enlightened mystics have devised several other methods but none more powerful than the Sufi method. This method is known as Gibberish meditation, which appears to be very strange, but it is the most effective one.

Osho tells us that there was a Sufi mystic, Jabbar. He never spoke any language, he just uttered nonsense. Still, he had thousands of disciples because what he was saying was, "Your mind is nothing but gibberish. Put it aside and you will have a taste of your own being." Use gibberish and go consciously crazy. Go crazy with absolute awareness so that you become the centre of the cyclone.

Simply allow whatever comes, without bothering whether it is meaningful or reasonable. Just throw out all garbage from the mind and let there be total emptiness. Now after the cyclone has subsided, you can experience the absolute silence and witness the body, the mind and anything that is happening.

Jabbar used this technique with thousands of people and most of them had a taste of enlightenment; their life became illumined. The essential aspect of this simple yet powerful technique is the release and expression of blocked, repressed energies on the one hand, and the possibility to do so in a very unusual way through the dynamic method of Gibberish which is very freeing and liberating. It supports participants to move beyond their usual boundaries of expression and daily structures, to experience a state beyond mind.

Gibberish, when done with absolute intensity, takes us out of our logical mind and into the realms of the mysterious and spiritual. Here are some guidelines for Gibberish meditation; it will take you no more than 10 minutes to practice each stage respectively.

First Stage: Throw thoughts out

1. While sitting, close your eyes and begin to utter nonsense sounds – any sounds or words, so long as they make no sense.
2. Just speak any language that you don't know!
3. Allow yourself to express whatever needs to be expressed within you. Throw everything out.
4. The mind thinks, always, in terms of words. Gibberish helps to break up this pattern of continual verbalisation. Without suppressing your thoughts, you can throw them out.
5. Let your body likewise be expressive.

Second Stage: Moving In

1. Just sit in a space of deep silence, stillness and relaxation.
2. Go inwards, deeper and deeper, just like an arrow.
3. Penetrate all the layers and hit the center of your existence.
