Hey, i just joined. My name is Adam and I'm 23. I was diagnosed with general anxiety disorder about 4 years ago. I mostly have free floating anxiety, or anxiety about my health. It usually comes with an unsettled feeling, pains in the chest, feeling i can't breathe deeply, and a whole list of other things. I was looking for a place for friends where people would know what i was going through so i could try to work through this.
