I also think I have whatever I see on TV. Therapist is helping me realize that they are just thoughts. During the day I focus on my lungs and sometimes my heart, but when I see something on TV I will temporarily think I have it, and also keep the symptoms in my mind so I can be aware if I get them.

Howdy rhirhi18 :D

You have to learn to let it go . This is just your anxiety talking and while you keep giving it power it will take it .

When a mind is anxiety i believe that it will latch onto anything it can to find where that anxiety is coming from . This is why people get so many weird fears. It not that people are scared of things its that they have convinced their brain that they are and their brain is just reacting trying to protect you .

You do not have blood clots in your brain or any other major problem for that matter so stop worrying about it .

If you want a tip just like you have to stop googleing you also have to stop putting yourself in places that are going to stress you out .

You watched this movie and you would have know that it was effecting you . Why didnt you change it or get up and go and do something.

If you want to recovery you have to help your body do it and the means removing evrything that you can that stresses you out weather you want to or not .

It is not forever . But you have to see when it is effecting you and advoid it for now .

I watched a movie yesterday which spun me out but i was lucky as i saw it and walk away to do something else.

cheers kev :D

WHAT IF WHAT IF

You cant live your life with what ifs . You don't have blood clots on the brain and the only reason that you think you do is because of your anxiety and watching that movie .

Think about it did you ever think about this before that movie planted that seed in your mind . My guess is no and this should show you that it is only your anxiety telling you this and nothing more .

You have to start to deal with the anxiety and stop trying to fix the symptoms . Trying to fix the symptoms does nothing more than add more stress to a already stressed body .

What are you doing to address the stress itself ??
