i woke this morning with a pain in my left chest...im not sure if its the muscle cos its kind of tight up the side of my neck or its some thing more serious pls help im scared maybe i slept funny? xxx

It's possible that you slept in a position that left you stiff, or even kept you from breathing properly. You are ok, just breathe...

i remember waking a few times with m arms above my head and i dont normally sleep like this.

ha ha ha that's insane i woke up the same way.... turned out to be heart burn for me i took some tums while ago and i don't really feel it anymore. I hate anxiety. well good luck
