Hi Jg, I'm a newbie, too. Have you found some help yet? From a Dr or counselor? I recommend a referral to see a psychiatrist; I don't know if it's covered for you, but many cities have free mental health centres with medical staff. I like my psychiatrist a lot. If I ever move I will miss her!
