Hi everyone,

Just a quick message to introduce myself and say hello. Im a recovering addict suffering from accute anxiety. Im from the south west of england. I've always been anxious but recently its become really intense and im struggling to manage the symptoms. I'm hoping that this website will help me by helping me feel less alone with it.

hi iam new to all this. feeling anxious dont want to be on meds. i had a baby ayear ago. maybe my hormones are messed up......anyone else have this problem?
