fear of hurting people

I'm going through a panic attack right now I was watching this show that's supposed to be funny and this guy starts strangling this dude and it kinda felt like I enjoyed and it scared the crap out of me I feel like I'm going to puke I don't even like hurting animals let alone a person has anyone gone through this please help

Its just your anxiety . I love true crime shows but it took me 18 months to start watching them again .

They are only thoughts and nothing more . Relax and let it go

it is normal to have thoughts about harming people or whatever.......
so don't worry about this......everyone experiences this.
