Hi Mani, I'm also new. I'm 34/F and live with 2 cats. History of depression and anxiety to the point of voluntary hospitalization twice this year.

I have a great Dr. of Psych and PhD Psychologist who does therapy with me, and then I take things one day at a time.

What are your most common symptoms or concerns?
