wake up crazy?

sometimes im scared to fall asleeo cos im afraid that i will wake up and not be in controle of my own mind. like ill suddenly wake up crazy or not know what im doing or something ridiculous like that

i somtimes cant get to sleep because im scared that iw ont wake up

or that i have s omthing wrong with me everytime i try sleep and i get pulpitations and it annoys me every night without fail i hate it

On the lighter side of things, if you are completely crazy when you wake up and have no control, you won't know about it.
