Hi I have Anxiety problem as emotional components. These components combine to create an unpleasant feeling that is typically associated with uneasiness, apprehension, fear, or worry …attempt to cope with upcoming negative events. My consultant told me as Anxiety is a generalized mood condition that can often occur without an identifiable triggering stimulus…and fear is related to the specific behaviors of escape and avoidance, whereas anxiety is the result of threats that are perceived to be uncontrollable or unavoidable. …now I doing meditation…it is more helpful to me. Now i am feeling very good. if you have any kind anxiety problem pls try to do meditation regularly with take your medicine. you can feel good. Early morning is good time for meditation. in my situation I can remember when that time i received meds from freshmeds4u timely delivered and the quality is good to me…i feel the meditation is power… and lots of thank to … :?

Boyd, you bring up a very good point. Meditation is often seen as a great way to ease stress and anxiety. There are meditation books, cds, and podcasts, and down-loadable meditation items on iTunes.

Many people also credit Yoga, meditation included, as a real help with their anxiety overall.

How do you like to meditate? What do you do during your meditation, how long do you meditate for and do you do it every day?
