hello i'm new here.... ..i'm not sure this is so much a problem as a query as to whether anyone can relate... I seem to get along quite well with people in that i don't really reach out very much but always have more opportunities to socialise than i really need/want, I can recognise a need for a network in terms of survival and i really like and care for all/most people, but i feel shit when i'm around people... it makes sense to me that i may as well hang around people as it seems better than being alone, but when I reflect on times spent alone i really enjoy them alot more....... I feel like a burden on people whatever i do, and tend to cringe at myself as I watch myself like a movie, when I don't watch myself like a film I act strangely and seem to freak people out. I don't want to be a burden on others, but its impossible to stay alive without contact with others, i don't like being in contact with others and monitering everything i do either, i just get very angry and exhausted....
