Hi,
My name is Aj- recently diagnosed with GAD- Im the total worry wart x a million, the endless what ifs- stress, IBS. I recently started some meds and start therapy next week- basically Im looking for someone to chat with or email with a similar diagnosis- its so easy to feel so alone and think nobody understands- anyway cant wait to get to know you all! :)
