Oh not again

Hi everyone. I've joined this forum because group therapy was the most helpful to me at my worst and I find myself letting anxiety try to control me again. I ignored the symptoms of increased stress and didn't practice what I know to do when that happens. I've had 30 years experience with anxiety/panic attacks, I should know better. I know this will help me and I hope I can help others in the process.
