Arm Pain?

This is my 12th year with having G.A.D. I was diagnosed when I was 14.
I was wondering some nights I wake up in a panic state as always but my left arm is hurting and aching. I usually start popping my wrist to make it feel better. It feels like its somewhat asleep. I usually feel fatigued and feel my body flush and bam I go into a anxiety attack. So l was wondering does this happen to any of you? My current medications are Xanax Xr 1.5 mg a day & Lexapro 10mg a day.

Hey there, have you tried using EFT? emotional freedom technique, I think it might work well for your panic state, what you do is tap on parts of the body, and release the problem, I am happy to go through it with you on here if you want?

me too i have started night time anxiety when i am asleep and need some relief i dont know how to deal with that.
