hi I have been suffering from anxiety for years now and it seems to only be getting worse. Some days are good but most of the time my mind is racing thinking negative stuff. I have a major problem i dont think anyone else in this world have this. I am unable to fill forms in public and signed my name in front of someone. If i know in advance I will need to write i become panicky and tremblyhowever if i dont know that i need to write or fill a form its all fine i can do it. Have any one ever heard of this problem and is there help out there. HELP
