hello and thanks for offering advice...
my biggest struggle is with anticipatory anxiety....ever since i had some panic attacks 6 years ago, it seems i struggle with anticipatory anxiety daily...i guess you could say fear of anxiety symptoms....i have been to counseling, but it didnt really help much...any advice would be appreciated...thanks
