Do ANY of you ever feel "out of it" like your not really "here' I know that sounds like I am a total nut case..but sometimes I feel like that..

I dont really, mostly because I dont suffer from full blown panic attacks, anxiety on its own though has made me feel out of it for days or weeks!

I don't have this (yet) but it is a common anxiety symptom.
