Hey my name is Mike im new to this forum. IM 24 been dealing with anxiety and panic attakcs for 7 years but in the last 6 months it got worse, a lot worse so here i am. I actualy feel bettter and better but on certain days certain things get me a little axnious so here i am to talk bout it.
