My new experienced panic symptoms during an attack, are they normal?
Mainly the extremely cold chills that feel painful, the numbness...and everything else. Sweating, strong pain in left side of chest, very dizzy (cant stand). And im just in such fear, ...and...i sit here and tell myself the reasons im dying, as if im contaminated with something.

Take a deep breath

It is only the adrenaline running throw your body and it will not hurt you . Try the best that you can to tell your self that that is all it is and it will pass just as it has done before .


i sit here and tell myself the reasons im dying Your not dieing and by telling yourself this again and again your brain sees it as the truth . You have to keep telling yourself that it is as above and it will pass.

That's common. I used to get chest pains and wooziness, but those symptoms went away, eventually in favor of new ones. LOL.

But, of course, if you ever really do have a concern, you can give your Dr.'s office a call, but more than likely they will tel lyou it's anxiety.
