Most people think constantly, but they think mostly about the same things they did yesterday. Usually, they're mulling over their problems and thinking about what they do want. Thoughts are causes, while behaviors and conditions are effects. Therefore, if you keep thinking the same thoughts, you'll continue producing the same results. Thinking hard is not enough, you have to think differently.
Its true really! By thinking the same old thoughts, ie, I am going to have a heart attack, we create a certain feeling or sensations, if we have the same thought over and over we are going to get the same results.
What is it they say about insanity? Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results!
