hi my name is sam ive suffered with anxiety and panic attacks for the past 2 years they reached a peak a month ago when i finally admitted to friends and family that i may has well be dead has then anxiety had taken over my life i cant even stand in a queue in the bank ive been put on medication by my gp im currently taken 20mg of citlapram but at the moment it hasnt made much diff to be fair for a time i was actually worse im know wondering will i ever be normal :cry: x
